HOW TO USE  
(for face) 
it is recommend to dilute equal parts (50/50) of neem oil with almond/white sesame oil and apply on clean skin, massage gently in upward direction. leave it for twenty to thirty minutes. 

(for body) 
it is recommend to dilute (70/30) of neem oil with white sesame oil (e.g, two cap of neem oil and one cap of sesame). and massage gently all over the body and allow the oil to work for thirty minutes.

(for hair)
it is recommend to dilute equal parts (50/50) of neem oil with almond/black sesame oil and gently massage into scalp. allow it to work for thirty minutes. cleanse with mana ayurvedam ayurveda hair cleanser of choice.
