1. How do I place my order?

Step 3: Click on +button if you want to buy more than one quantity of same product
Step 4: Click on the button ADD TO CART
Step 5: Check out by placing the order
Step 6: Enter relevant details and if you are done with the payment mode, your order will be successfully placed

2. Can I leave multiple products in single order?

Yes, you can simply add all the products you wish to order, to the cart, and then check out all at once this saves your shipping charges, saves time of delivery and also a chance of free delivery based on the total price of your order

3. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

If you choose to pay online/prepay your order, you can check the information or the confirmation status on your account status itself.

If you choose COD(Cash On Delivery), you will receive information through SMS to your registered mobile number or email address

4. How do I make changes in my order?

5. How do I avail of the cod facilities? Is cod available to all locations?

Yes, COD is all available to all the locations. While placing the order, you can check the payment mode and select COD option to avail COD facilities.

6. How can I use a gift voucher/ promotional code on my order?

During check out, you will find beside your shipping details. Enter coupon code,  based on the offer the amount will be automatically applied on your total amount and now you can proceed to the payment.

7. Do you ship internationally? What are international shipping rates?

Yes, we are now shipping worldwide. Anyone from anywhere in the world can experience the greatness of Mana ayurvedam products, and the standard international shipping rate is 3300 INR only.

No, Mana ayurvedam does not have physical store. You can avail the products in Online store and Ecommerce platforms

3. When can I expect delivery of my order?

You can expect delivery of your order within 5-7 business days from the date of your order.

4. How does the delivery process work?
